Marie has 15 years of experience from a Big4 audit firm, of which 11 years as a financial accounting and reporting specialist with focus on projects relating to IFRS conversions, K3 (Sw. GAAP) implementations and ad-hoc accounting issues. In this role, Marie has supported several clients with their IFRS conversions, both as project manager and in the implementation phase through analysis and drafting reports and accounting memorandums.
For several
years, Marie has facilitated basic and advanced classes for auditors,
authorized accountants and accounting personnel at companies.

Marcus has 7 years of experience from working as a financial accounting and reporting specialist at a Big4 audit firm, primarily with projects and issues relating to IFRS, M&A and Swedish GAAP. In the role as a specialist, Marcus has supported several clients, both as project manager and in the implementation, to convert from Swedish GAAP to IFRS, implement new or amended IFRSs or with transaction accounting.
In addition, Marcus has for several years facilitated classes within IFRS, both at basic and advanced levels, for auditors and accounting personnel at companies.

Daniel Carlsson

Daniel has more than six years of experience working with financial reporting at a Big4 accountancy firm, primarily with GAAP conversions and other complex IFRS -related topics but also with transaction accounting such as proforma accounting and other prospectus-related work as well as Swedish accounting standards. Daniel’s experience with GAAP conversions includes leading projects and also as an IFRS specialist within complex accounting matters as well as preparing pertinent documentation, ranging from preparing PMs to drafting accounting manuals. In his role as a financial reporting specialist, Daniel is used to working with a wide range of clients, from small unlisted companies to major global ones.
During his stint at a Big4 accountancy firm, Daniel has facilitated training on IFRS, both to auditors and practitioners.
“To prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS requires interpretation of guidance, insight into common practices and making judgments and estimates, typically company-specific ones.
